Computer Technician
Virginia Tech Services, Inc. in Blacksburg has openings for part-time Computer Repair Technicians. Responsibilities include diagnosis and repair of PC and Apple computers. Starting rate is $9.66/hour. Pay rate increases as various levels of certifications are gained.
Thorough knowledge of computer hardware and operating system software is required. Ability to obtain specific vendor certifications also required. Must have customer focus with positive and professional communication skills. Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
